Role Brief: We are looking for a talented and motivated relationship manager that thrives in an entrepreneurial organization. This successful candidate will play a fundamental role in making sure our customers are brought successfully on board, that they meet their usage goals, understand and help shape the organizational and individual customer experience, and contribute to the marketing efforts targeting our active customers. The primary customer here will be administrators and educators for a department (e.g. Career and Technical Education), school, district or region. You must be comfortable with regular communication (via email, phone, messaging) with a variety of stakeholders at different levels and come to the table with confidence in using technology. We will teach you the individual CRM management/reporting and cloud computing tools that our team employs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for Nepris for many of our active customers and accounts.
  • Proactively contact and follow up with customers to check in on progress of implementation and provide support as needed.
  • Conduct online webinars or online training of the Nepris platform.
  • Provide customers with requested information ranging from informational collateral and answering general product questions to formal reports about integration into their curriculum.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of communications, issues, resolutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team as they transition new customers to you and as you work towards renewals of the existing customer base.
  • Work closely with marketing to promote customer activities or help define messaging in campaigns and social media.
  • Maintain an understanding of how our products are accepted by customers and develop corrective action to aide adoption or report quality, performance, competitive issues.
  • Continuously work to grow and develop the Nepris Certified Teacher Community.
  • Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company's business operations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in customer relations; must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated.
  • Must work well individually or as a member of a team.
  • Understand the school cycle, particularly as it relates to curriculum and the seasonal calendar, and typical education hierarchies from superintendents to the teacher.
  • Strong computer skills required; this includes having used Microsoft Office in a business setting, at least one type of video conferencing software, and different social media channels.
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com (we will teach but having experience in a CRM platform is a plus).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Working Hours: Full Time contractor. There is flexibility but some hours will be dictated by team needs and customer availability. There will be some reimbursed travel to customer events (estimated 10%).

This successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with prospecting (via email, phone, messaging), current customer renewals, working with channel partners, CRM management/reporting (Salesforce.com), and ultimately closing sales. Responsibilities

  • This role is excitedly unique, in that you will provide leadership and execute the below responsibilities with not only a focus on K-16 education prospects, but also:
    • Intermediary prospects (i.e. - chambers of commerce, economic development councils, and STEM hubs)
    • Current customers (Working closely with our Customer Engagement team. As a SaaS company, annual renewals and expansions are mission critical.)
  • Work with Executive Director of Partnerships & Sales and team to achieve annual sales objectives, while ensuring profitable growth aligned with DE business objectives.
  • Manage high outbound prospect engagement volume, whether traveling or in the office
  • Maintain, share and track customer information on an on-going basis through customer files, Salesforce (CRM tool), shared drives and web 2.0 applications.
  • Partner with company personnel (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Product Development) to develop strategies to ensure that personal and territory sales goals are met.
  • Understand goals and objectives for all accounts within assigned territory and have a thorough understanding of where sales opportunities exist (i.e. demographics, education trends, funding, other key external influences).
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and industry knowledge to effectively position Nepris products and services as must-have educational solutions to contacts at varying professional levels.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies
  • Proactively share information with department that you've learned in the field to support other reps/regions meeting their objectives
  • Serve as a voice for customers internally
  • Travel approximately 50% of time (with seasonal variations)

Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in field sales, preferably in the EdTech industry
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Passion for sales professionalism, technology, the K-12 education market, the customer experience, and growing a business

Role Brief: We are seeking a highly results-oriented, collaborative, creative, and analytical Marketing Manager to join Nepris in our Austin, TX office. You will be responsible for driving growth through online/social/digital marketing, growth hacker marketing, and content development. The role will build and maintain successful demand generation programs that drive qualified leads into and through our marketing funnel.

This position reports to the Executive Director, Partnerships & Sales, and represents a tremendous opportunity to further develop and scale our demand gen engine. Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively to create, refine and maintain sales enablement and support tools including: product messaging, presentation templates/scripting, product demos and video, web content, and playbooks.
  • Work with sales team members and consultants to shape messaging and materials to maximize localized sales opportunities including state campaigns.
  • Consistently test and enhance demand gen activities through measurement and optimization. Define KPIs and develop dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly program monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress relative to ROI and pipeline generation, and revenue attribution, campaign investments.
  • Established workflows, processes, and best practices to coordinate product marketing activities from conception through launch.
  • Leverage segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing to build successful communication driven by user behavior and data.
  • Conduct market research and work with users to become a master of the EdTech space and of the levers that impact user adoption.
  • Launch, test, and optimize online marketing campaigns and growth strategies; Develop a high growth, revenue producing online lead generation and customer acquisition strategy.
  • Partner with development team on website management - refinements, editing and posting, ongoing performance monitoring and recommendations.
  • Ensuring that inbound traffic can be converted into leads through an efficient and streamlined online experience.
  • Produce/manage the production of marketing content (videos, ads, landing pages, blogs,…) to support demand gen campaigns and to broaden the distribution of Nepris content to generate leads/traffic.
  • Partner with sales teams to facilitate feedback on lead conversion, client insights, and campaign success. Ensure lead volume and quality is where it needs to be.

Role Brief: We are looking for a talented and motivated operations support analyst that thrives in an entrepreneurial organization and prides themselves on problem solving. We want you to quickly grow into a team member that can perform any task within the Operations Team. You will help manage operations processes and work flow, request fulfillment which includes evaluating professional profiles for matches with educator requests, evaluating user technology against Nepris requirements, training users, and answering support questions about the website. You will be interfacing with all of our user base which could range from an individual educator, administrators a department (e.g. Career and Technical Education), school, district or region; individuals with specialized expertise or with managers or decision makers within a company's community outreach or human resources group. We will teach you the individual CRM management/reporting and cloud computing tools that our team employs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first line contact for user inquiries; respond or forward so that customers receive timely and accurate responses.
  • Proactively contact and follow up with users regarding technology and scheduling readiness.
  • Conduct troubleshooting or communicate requirements of user technology relative to the Nepris platform.
  • Maintain database of user and session information.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of communications, issues, resolutions.
  • Work closely with customer engagement, sales team, and marketing teams to keep them abreast of any issues with customers.
  • Maintain an understanding of how our products are accepted by users and develop corrective action to aide adoption or report quality, performance, competitive issues.
  • Evaluate professional biographies relative to educator requests to complement the Nepris matching algorithms and approve outgoing recommendations.
  • Other duties deemed necessary to support the company's business operations

Skills & Qualifications
